2025 Spring Conference

Join us April 7-9 at the MLA 2025 Spring Conference for networking, learning, and fun in the beachside setting of Naples, Florida!

The MLA Spring Conference will be packed with exciting speaker sessions, networking opportunities, and insightful discussions. The city of Naples, perched on the Gulf of Mexico in Southwest Florida, is famous for its high-end shopping, world-class arts and culture, sophisticated dining, family fun, and wild outdoors.


Schedule

We are still developing our program, speakers and topics and will have that information available soon.

  • We will kick off the program at 9:00am with afternoon free time and dinner onsite that evening.

  • Tuesday will feature a morning speaker from 9am - 12pm, followed by afternoon free time and dinner onsite.

  • Wednesday morning will wrap up with breakfast and the board meeting to conclude by 10:00am.

A discounted room rate of $599 for ROH rooms begins on April 5, 2025 A limited number of rooms are available at the group rate pre/post conference dates.

In addition to the room rate of $599.00, applicable state and local taxes, currently 12.00%, a daily resort fee of $20 + taxes, one time roundtrip porterage of $12 and daily housekeeping gratuity of $4.50 that will be applied upon departure.

Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 11:00am.

Hotel reservations cut-off is March 15, or when room block fills, whichever occurs first.

Valet parking is available at $40 per night plus tax.

Cancellations

Deposit of full room and tax will be charged 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations are permitted up to 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival forfeit the full room & tax amount of the stay.


Airports

Southwest Florida International Airport, (RSW) the region's largest airport, is just 30 minutes to the north in Ft. Myers.

If you are driving from Orlando, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, or Palm Beach international airports, take I-75 (Alligator Alley) to Exits 101, 105, 107 or 111. Naples can also be reached from Miami via U.S. Highway 41, also known as the Tamiami Trail, designated as a U.S. Scenic Byway and Florida Scenic Highway.
