We will kick off the program at 9:00am, afternoon free time and dinner onsite that evening.

Saturday will feature a morning speaker, afternoon free time and evening dinner offsite at Highstar Ranch, a stunning 1100-acre property with gorgeous views of the Wasatch Mountains, farm pastures and activities!

Sunday morning will wrap up with breakfast and the board meeting to conclude by 10am.

Reservations
The MLA discounted run-of-house room rate is $359.00 for run-of-house rooms, plus tax and a nightly resort fee of $35.00.
The room block is available until Wednesday, September 18, or until the block is full, whichever occurs first.
The nightly resort fee includes an in-room bottled water program, complimentary coffee and seasonal beverages, Wi-Fi Access (Enhanced), Daily Recreational Activity – defined by season, Nightly Champagne Sabering (St. Regis Tradition), Turndown Service and Complimentary Transportation within a five-mile radius of the hotel.
Extending Your Stay
Discounted rates begin on October 9, 2024 with check-out on October 13, 2024. Those who wish to extend their stay pre/post dates should contact the hotel directly at sr.slcxr.srdv@marriott.com or call in-house reservations 435-940-5858 to inquire about pricing and availability.
In addition to the room rate, applicable state and local taxes, currently 13.92%, a daily resort fee of $35 + taxes, one time roundtrip porterage of $10 and daily housekeeping gratuity of $4 that will be applied upon departure.
Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 11:00am.

Valet parking is available at $50 per night plus tax.
Cancellations
Deposit of full room and tax will be charged 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations are permitted up to 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival forfeit the full room & tax amount of the stay.
Airport
The SLC airport serves 90 non-stop destinations and is 45 minutes from Park City.
