Conference Schedule
- Friday morning will kick off the program at 9:00am, afternoon free time and dinner onsite that evening.
- Saturday will feature a morning speaker, afternoon free time and evening dinner offsite at Highstar Ranch a stunning 1100-acre property with gorgeous views of the Wasatch Mountains, farm pastures and activities!
- Sunday morning will wrap up with breakfast and the board meeting to conclude by 10am.

Primary MLA member registration is $750 and includes conference meals, events, transportation to the offsite dinner and educational sessions. The primary member is the main MLA point of contact when you joined.

It was wonderful to have so many members join us in Palm Beach and to welcome so many new members to our association!
MLA welcomed new members: ACE Commercial Laundry Equipment, Setomatic Systems Inc, Southeastern Laundry Equipment Sales and Triad Laundry Equipment.On Monday afternoon, MLA member, Mike Marsden, Coin Meter Company, Inc. led members during two round table sessions followed by open discussion. Panelists featured Taylor Smith with Commercial Equipment Company, Scott Carreras with Automatic Laundry Service of Virginia, Inc. and Mike Marinelli with Coin Meter. Topics discussed included onsite inspections of laundry equipment and the laundry rooms, using Sales Force to view, manage, and update work order data while in the field in order to track every step of the initial service call thru completion, and integrating an ERP system for the technicians out in the field which allows them history of the machine and to update the service completion to the system.
On Tuesday morning, Adam Coffey shared his expertise on private equity companies, founders, family offices and C-suite executives to help them succeed and drive transformative growth. Monday evening's welcome dinner was held outside on the pool terrace overlooking the Atlantic Ocean at sunset. Tuesday evening, attendees enjoyed networking and dinner in the Living Room of the hotel which featured an electric violinist during evening Allied Member Hosted Dinner.
